We are your dealer alternative as we are a independent repair facility that is family owned and factory trained. We are not your typical service and repair shop. We specialize in the technology of today's cars. Virtually all functions in newer model vehicles are controlled by hundreds of computers located throughout the vehicle. We take pride in keeping up to date on all of these computer systems by monitoring changes across all manufacture’s service procedures and by updating our own factory (equivalent) diagnostic equipment. We have access to all manufacture service procedures, recalls, and technical service actions (through our Mitchell and Alldata systems).

Our facility is very clean with a friendly and comfortable office waiting room that has a viewing area of the shop. At Pasadena Motor Cars we honor all after market warranty policies and encourage new car owners to bring your vehicle in for factory scheduled maintenance. We perform all services to factory specifications and us original equipment/factory parts. We can provide dealer services without dealer costs. Our services and repairs will uphold your vehicle’s factory warranty and we will let you know if a particular warranty repair(s) should be performed at the dealer. Many dealerships will not inform you of oil leaks or problems that you did not specifically complain about during a regular service to your vehicle.
